Shipping Policy

GENERAL

Orders are processed Monday through Friday except Holidays. For expedited orders please email us at info@homcor.com for shipping rate and information, please allow 24 to 48 hours of processing time.  

  • For continental US we offer USPS First Class Mail shipping at a flat rate of $20 for orders under $150. For orders of $150 or more, shipping via UPS/Fedex Ground is free within continental US.
  • For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands we offer $50 flat rate shipped via UPS/Fedex 2-Day Air.
  • We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories. All orders must be placed by 1:30 PM PST for time-sensitive shipping (next day, 2nd day, 3rd day delivery but subject to carrier’s limitations). Orders placed after 1:30 PM PST will be shipped the following business day.
  • Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Second-day and next-day shipping are not available for Saturday deliveries.
  • UPS and Fedex do not deliver to Post Office Box address. If this option is selected for a shipping address containing a PO Box, a comparable USPS service will be used.

 

Return Policy

Return Policy

Titan Commerce Inc (Homcor.com) accept returns within seven (7) days of your receipt of an item. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee on all regular stock furniture returns. Return shipping fee will be responsible by customers, please email us at info@homcor.com and title RMA request before you send back any returns, all package without RMA number will not be accept by our warehouse. Final sales items are NOT returnable. Restocking fee will not be charge if you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is manufacturer defect. Special Order returns due to customer preference, no-fits or any other reason are not accepted.

For all returns, your initial delivery fee is not refundable. Prices paid at the time of purchase are final. Refunds by credit card will post to your account within three to five (3-5) business day.

 

Exchanges

Changed your mind? We’re more than happy to help you order another product if your original order hasn't already shipped, please email us at info@homcor.com to request exchange. Exchanges for delivered furniture items are not allowed.
